Customer is always right

(ini adelah entry yg sepatotnya di publish last 2 days. Tp setting dah lari so failed to publish. Now dah btul kan balik :))

Hari ni 30 sept.. voucher subway buy 1 free 1 aku ni valid sampai hari ni je. So kami pon pegi nak redeem voucher.

Sampai subway aku tunjuk that voucher. Worker tu which is a guy mcm budak awal 20-an la..tanya aku "akak tau kan cane nak order?" so then aku angguk la. Of cos akak tau dikk..mula2 pilih roti dulu hahaha.

Okay aku pilih wrap. Then aku pilih subway club. At this point die dah tau kesalahan aku. Okay xpe lah..pilih2 semua sampai nak bayar, aku bagi voucher that cashier girl ckp tak boleh guna. Eh apehal plak kan..kt sane kate boleh sampai cashier tak boleh plak.

Rupa2 nya kena amek dedua subway club. Takleh satu wrap satu club. Gila kan padahal harga same je. Dlm voucher obviously tak ckp benda tuh. Yg die tulis kne beli set then dpt 6" free. Aku dah bengang la nih kan. Bkn takmo bayar..that guy td tu die dah tau aku silap amek patot die sound aku awal2 ckp kena amek dedua club. Die pon sengal.

That cashier girl ckp aku x aware. Bullshit! What do u expect ur customer need to know ur rules? Sape customer sape pekerja skg nih? Thats ur job la kena bitau aku. Jgn pikir semua customer ko kena tau everything. Keje kau la kena bitau customer kann. Kalo aku kena amek tau sme benda baik aku manager kt situ!

Aku tak marah pon. Okay fine ko ckp kne amek dedua club, then aku amek lg satu. Haaa untung hosmet gua hahaha. Its not a big deal, aku boleh bayar. Would u at least say sorry to ur customer?? Keras kepala lar that chinese girl. Amboih ko keje cashier nak keras kepala ehh?? Die dok melawan aku tenyeh muka ko kang.

Aku ckp its ur job to tell ur customer. Customer tau ke tatau ke ko kena la bitau. Terus senyap..
